PATHOLOGY
Mouth ulcers
They are small white or yellow ulcers that cause discomfort such as pain and burning. These are located inside the mouth and there is no specific place of appearance, since they can appear on the gums, lips; on the inside of the cheeks and on the tongue. They are generally small and last 7 to 14 days. They are benign, non-contagious and, in most cases, do not present relevant clinical complications. Although the etiology of these lesions remains partially unknown today, it is mainly attributed to immunological factors.
Benefits of PBM
• Reduces the inflammatory component of oral lesions, leading to rapid and effective improvement in symptoms.
• Facilitates the healing process and regeneration of affected tissues.
